<p>由于WFGD工程的特点决定输送浆液的温度较高,富含气泡,并且含有大量固体颗粒。因此,由于浆液的蒸发和并发的气泡挤压破裂,造成特殊的振动和气体凝聚和疏散的压力波动,会影响泵的安全运行。需关照了以下两个方面:<br>
1.气体对流道的堵塞现象,会引起泵流量、扬程和效率的下降。<br>
2.汽泡在材料表面破裂引起的材料损失(汽蚀),要选择抗汽蚀能力强的材料。<br>
下面是一些材料的抗汽蚀特性。</p>
